We are proud to announce or new commercial construction project: The LaFontaine Ford of Grand Rapids!
This project is a large renovation of LaFontaine's car dealership on Alpine Avenue in Walker, Michigan. Honor will spearhead the renovation of the dealerships' showroom, service area, and the exterior. There will also be a mid-sized addition coming to the northern side of the showroom, which will become LaFontaine Ford's "Celebration Bays" where customers first see their new car after purchasing.
We are partnering with so many exceptional Subcontractors on this next project. This is a very in depth renovation, consisting of puring new asphalt, creating a new front entrance to the showroom, creating the addition, as well as brand new finishes throughout the space in cluding a new epoxy floor in the "Quick Lube" area.
We are set to kick off this project in July of 2024 starting off strong with excavation. We are projecting to be finished in February of 2025.
