Mitch Janda is Honor Construction’s Superintendent. Construction runs in Mitch’s family— he first got a taste for the industry from his dad, who worked as a union carpenter. One of the key values of Honor Construction is a positive work environment— and that’s one of Mitch’s favorite parts about working at Honor.
A typical day on the job for Mitch includes project coordination and working in the areas not covered in the scope of subcontractors. His advice for someone interested in working in the construction industry? “Get in where you fit in.” When he’s not working, you can find Mitch hiking or playing baseball. Before work, you can find him drinking black coffee with a spoonful of sugar.
